I'm a physiotherapist at PathwayIQ, a digital health diagnostics company for musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with LDW Support?

I needed a complex, highly secure logic diagnostic platform that was well-designed and easy to use. I also needed handholding from the outset.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we tested AI and Microsoft Visio to understand the base logic we needed. However, we knew that would only go so far. With that brief, LDW Support delivered the backend system, logic flows, and CMS.

What is the team composition?

I've been lucky to have Vince (Company Director) help me due to the complex nature of the work I needed. No one has done it before, so it needs high-level support.

How did you come to work with LDW Support?

Someone referred LDW Support to me.

How much have you invested with them?

I'm not prepared to disclose that information.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in March 2025, and it's ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The form works at least 84%. I have more content to add with support, and the project is about 5% into the beta version. The logic is amazing! The other alternatives available via Typeform or Visio are rudimentary and pictorial, but this logic works.

How did LDW Support perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate through phone calls and WhatsApp messages. We also use emails, but I don't like putting such volume into emails. Therefore, we use WhatsApp to make voice notes and drop example photos.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vince has dealt with us personally since we're so new. We basically need a lot of support on how everything works. He's clear and direct, gives examples, and helps with advice tailored to my company's needs. Moreover, LDW Support is flexible in adapting to platforms and versions I've brought as examples.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'm very satisfied with my experience. I hope the continued work we do will build on it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I've looked around for suitable alternatives, including Typeform platforms, Visio, Microsoft products, and others that didn't get off my cutting room floor. The cost of LDW Support's work has been fantastic to the beta stage we're currently at. My only limitation is needing to get more done to make more progress.
