Newsoft Technologies led the end-to-end development of two complementary platforms under the same broader initiative. For Simpplo, they delivered a user-friendly web and mobile application focused on domestic bill payments in Mexico, including features such as account management, transaction history, and real-time payment confirmations.

For Paykii, they developed a cloud-based global bill payment infrastructure that enabled cross-border payments to over 15,000 utility providers across 28+ countries. This included building the backend from scratch, managing API integrations, and ensuring compliance with local providers.

Key deliverables included:
 • Design and development of fully responsive web and mobile platforms
 • Scalable backend systems using modern frameworks
 • Integration with third-party payment processors and utility databases
 • User authentication, security layers, and data protection protocols
 • Ongoing platform updates, bug resolution, and performance monitoring

Newsoft maintained strong project coordination throughout the lifecycle. They consistently met delivery timelines and were responsive to feedback, even when priorities shifted or new business requirements emerged.They worked in two-week sprints, used shared tools to track progress, and held regular syncs to keep everything aligned. Their team was structured and disciplined, yet flexible when needed — a critical combination in a fast-moving product environment.

What stood out most was their ability to combine technical depth with practical execution. They didn’t just code to a spec — they understood the broader business goals and made suggestions that improved functionality and UX. Their team worked with a high degree of autonomy but never lost connection with our vision. That level of alignment and ownership is rare and made a real difference. Their professionalism, technical skill, and dedication to our vision make them an ideal tech partner.  They delivered high-quality platforms, maintained a strong collaborative relationship, and provided robust support throughout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Newsoft Technologies could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be creating more structured internal documentation during the build process. While the codebase and systems were sound, having more detailed technical documentation upfront would have eased knowledge transfer for internal teams post-launch.

To their credit, they were open to feedback and provided additional support when we flagged the issue.

Newsoft Technologies should strengthen delivery processes with a quality filter so they function 100% without issues or impacts on other previously designed areas. Develop a construction manual as the project is delivered and designed.

In important or long-term projects, Newsoft Technologies is involved in thoroughly understanding the client's needs to provide suggestions for addressing client issues with new technologies beyond just code development.
