They were highly responsive. Also, our website had a firm date by which it had to launch because we were launching in tandem with an AMS system, and they hit that deadline. If I ever asked our project manager for anything, she ensured it was delivered. She responded promptly to emails, but we also used Teamwork and did a lot through that, and if I needed her, I didn't have to place a task and wait for her. She was always there. Additionally, we worked with their head of development from beginning to end. He had a team underneath him that came through with additional requests we needed to launch.

Another big thing that stands out about Utility is their agility. Most of the time, QA is for technical bugs. With Utility, we don't find any technical bugs, but the client will have a laundry list of items they want to change because they changed their mind, or they want a new icon, or they want a different color, or the words are different. Utility has been super flexible in addressing those kinds of requests. A lot of other digital teams are more rigid about those kinds of concerns: they don't want to compromise or mess with the code so close to when the project is supposed to go live.
