We have measured the performance of BLStream's engineers' work through internal releases. We defined the scope of a workload at the start of a week and closed it out by the following Friday. We made sure that we received a release for our internal testers and quality assurance engineers. If everything turned out fine, we'd do a public release. After the ramp-up stage, it was very rare for BLStream to fail on an internal release. It only happened once or twice, because of discussion problems or other issues.

Overall, it’s been really useful to receive feedback and also give our input to them. We used InVision to produce all the wireframes so we could click through and view them. This allowed for comments, suggestions, and specific feedback. Wolfcub Digital responds to feedback and makes changes quickly. We also use Skype and Zoom to communicate. Their project methodology is very well-thought-out. Wolfcub Digital is outstanding; they have very good visual sense and excellent designs. We really like the way they implemented the whole process with the detailed ideation sessions. By this I mean their design sprint ideology, user interviews, and collaborative approach.

This is not a single-sided criticism; it came from both sides. Ignitho assigned an architect to our account on their side in order to resolve this. That person can fully understand our requirements and knows exactly what we’re talking about. They can quickly translate this into their internal systems and processes, and make it work.
