The company started life helping stockbrokers trade more efficiently. It’s now expanded to the point that today, if you trade shares or have looked for life insurance online, have a pension fund or a mortgage, chances are you or the people who manage your money have used Iress software.

Church Mission Society (CMS) came to us with a challenge. They had carried out a substantial review of the organisation, aiming to return to their roots and re–launch their brand identity. Through the process they had articulated a very clear sense of who they are and what they stand for.

Brothers We Stand is a marketplace to shop the best ethical clothing brands. I am the founder and CEO.
For what projects/services did your company hire Sparks Studio, and what were your goals?
Sparks Studio have provided branding and design support for the business from launch in 2013 to the present day. Branding Logo design E-commerce website Social Our goal was to create a strong brand identity that resonated with our target market alongside a website and other customer touchpoints that drive sales.
How did you select this vendor?
The initial relationship began through a personal connection with the studio founders. The positive impact of Sparks design and branding support on the business alongside good communication and a fair price has meant we have continued to work with the studio for many years.

Sparks Studio has been a part of our journey from the very beginning and the scope of their work has developed over the years as the business has grown. They have developed a strong understanding of our values and what we want branding and design to do for the business. They have delivered logo, tagline, brand values illustrations, website design and marketing materials all sitting within a distinctive brand identity.

I worked directly with the studio director. Various members of their team have also been involved with delivery of the many projects we have worked together on.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The business has a distinctive and consistent identity across all touchpoints that is consistently praised by our marketplace customers and partner brands. This has helped us to attract both sides of the marketplace. Taking a bootstrapping approach the marketplace has achieved strong growth and achieved a position as a market leader in the ethical fashion market, ranking number one on Google for key terms such as ‘Ethical men’s clothing’.

They’ve always been open to receiving feedback and developing our working process.
The client has established a unique brand across all marketing touchpoints, which has received positive feedback from both their internal and external stakeholders. The team communicates via Slack and Zoom and uses Monday.com for project management. Sparks Studio consistently impresses the client.
