What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the platform developed by U1CORE, our organic traffic increased by 64% within three months of launch, and the average session duration rose by more than 40%. The number of completed lead forms increased by 82%, and the bounce rate decreased significantly thanks to the improved user experience developed by U1CORE. 
The new CMS implemented by U1CORE allowed our in-house team to publish ads and content without involving developers, saving us approximately 15–20 hours per month on operational tasks.

The initial phase of concept development with U1CORE took a little longer than we had anticipated, although, given the quality of the final result, the extra time was well worth it. If we had had a clearer timeline for the requirements analysis phase from the start, it would have helped us plan our internal processes more effectively. However, this is a very minor point compared to the overall excellent experience of working with U1CORE.

U1CORE took full responsibility for developing the UX strategy, user interface design, and front-end development for our client website using React. The U1CORE team conducted a comprehensive UX study and created mockups, developed a custom design system tailored to their brand. U1CORE also created dedicated landing pages for each feature of their product, interactive pricing section and integrated real-time chat and lead capture tools throughout the site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results achieved by U1CORE exceeded our expectations. Within couple of months after the first launch, the number of conversions for demo requests increased by around 60%, and the average time spent on the site increased up to 60% as well and it's when the work was still in progress, even small changes helped to push the product forward. The UX strategy developed by U1CORE significantly reduced the bounce rate on key landing pages

Although the U1CORE team that worked on this project consisted of only around 3-5 people, it was extremely well-organized. What was the scope of their involvement?

U1CORE has provided UI/UX design services for our e-commerce platform and for our clients. The process starts with a discovery phase, where we have in-depth communication with them to give them as much information as possible about what we want to achieve. We discuss the UI/UX design, specific pages, general branding, and positioning.

U1CORE has also completed projects directly for our company. The team has helped us build our internal products in Shopify and work on our e-commerce stores.

For our e-commerce platform, U1CORE has made suggestions regarding our platform’s conversion rate optimization (CRO), such as adding icons, social proof, and Instagram feeds to make the store look less stale. They’ve also made improvements to product and collection pages based on their auditing. U1CORE provides reports on what our competitors are doing. The team uses Figma to create the designs. Currently, we're still working with one of their designers.

We’ve worked with 6–7 teammates from U1CORE on different projects, including Taras, who got us into the groove initially, two managers, and a designer. On most projects, we work with two-and-a-half people: Taras, a manager, and a rotating assistant.

We've had quite a few very good collaborations with U1CORE and have had an excellent experience so far. U1CORE’s work has made our clients happy, which is what matters. The team has helped us unload a huge amount of work and relieve some stress. We’ve seen an increase in our conversion rate since U1CORE started working on our homepage.

Working with U1CORE has been a very good investment. We've gotten our money back based on our metrics and business profitability. Overall, we’ve had a very mutually beneficial partnership with U1CORE. We’ve collaborated on various projects together, and they’ve been a valuable source of client work for us. U1CORE has needed some very specific specialists of our caliber, and we’ve collaborated on that as well.

How did U1CORE perform from a project management standpoint?

U1CORE has met deadlines and stayed on budget. We’ve had no problems with the timeline. We use ClickUp and CAKE.com for project management and Clockify for time tracking. We mostly use Slack and Telegram, since the latter is very popular in Eastern Europe. We also have the team's direct phone numbers and use email and Google Meet, which is very good at recording calls and generating transcripts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Taras is an impressive individual. He’s surprisingly young but has delivered insanely good results. He’s built a very cool agency, and I’ve seen the scale they’ve done it on, which is very impressive from a business perspective.

U1CORE has killer designers. Taras knows a thing or two about UI/UX and has hired the right people. The designers are solid experts. Moreover, everyone on the team speaks great English, which means we can bring on American clients to talk to them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could work on their service offering a little bit more. However, it depends on where they want to take their business. They’re doing well with UI/UX design, so there’s not much they can do. I could also learn a couple of things from them.
