Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We briefed Parachute to initially provide a strong brand which will help us to convey a professional, yet creative message. We then worked with them to develop our website, allowing users to easily find and purchase our products. 

We also were looking for a simple backend which allowed our team to quickly and easily make edits to the website without a developers input. Lastly, we worked with the team to help update all of the content on our website strengthen our SEO value.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We love our branding and feel it represents our company online. Our website is very accessible and our team can quickly add new products and make changes to the site's structure without the need for any developer help. We also rank very highly for our chosen keywords and receive a lot of relevant traffic to the website.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We really enjoyed working with the team - they made themselves available for in person meetings (they are local) and we're very responsive over email/telephone as well as happy to jump on a Zoom call to answer any of our questions. 

They were very clear upfront about the tools we would be using to make the project run smoothly and we arranged regular progress calls to ensure all deliverables were met on time and within budget.

We found the experience really simple and straightforward. The team was very helpful. So no areas for improvement from us.
