I would like to give a shout-out to Ben. He's gone above and beyond in assisting us and getting us up and running. He’s gone the extra mile with all the ad hoc work that has come up throughout the project. He’s always willing to hold our hand, walk us through each step of the process, and support us through different challenges. His support has been hugely beneficial to us — I could be as annoying as I wanted, and he would still look after me. Even as we pivoted or changed the initial scope, he has been incredibly patient, flexible, and communicative and brought a lot of expertise to the table for us.

They gave us a professional site and worked alongside us during our feedback sessions to get everything right - Massive shoutout to Angela for this one - she was so patient and made the process seamless - which is no easy task. I think the only feedback I'd give is regarding the timeline... While the team did their best to forecast how long things would take I think there was pressure from different clients that caused our project to have delays. We appreciate this is difficult but if I were to change anything it would be that the delivery dates stayed consistent from project planning stages.
