I am the Senior IT Consultant of Canada's Larget Corporate housing provider.

For what projects/services did your company hire HikeBranding, and what were your goals?

We Hired them to completely revamp our complicated website, and they did a fantastic job, very patient, outside of the box and knowledgeable.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been doing our research on Upwork, received several proposals, and we chose HikeBranding amongst around 25 different proposals.

We truncated the project into 4 phases; regular meetings, and a project roadmap was helping us to stay in line.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

# team members were involved, I was overseeing the project, and one Graphic designer and one marketing assistant were engaged along the way.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website is now much faster/ has better SEO / and making changes are much simpler that before.

They have been flexible with us on the tools that we need, but I also utilized their methodology of Jira. the communications were happening more on Upwork Chat and Email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Outside of the box / and flexible on a few extra changes that were outside of the initial scope of project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

nothing comes to my mind right now.

I did research online and reviewed past reviews. Hike Branding gave us a reasonable bid and timeline on the project.

Built and deployed new website. Also delivered very good directions on how to maintain site in the future.

Just 1. Founder and Project manager.

The site looks great. It meets our needs and relays information we want out there for our customers.

Hiren was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He always answered my questions right away and provided detailed instructions for maintaining our site.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How quickly all my questions were answered. The turnaround time for the job was quick as well.
