We usually buy and sell cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum etc, on WhatsApp, we have to be online to attend to our clients. We will also have to repeat same information to any new client.

About a year ago, we hired a developer to build a website for us to perform and automated our business but he built just an information website that can perform the tasks, after several attempts and failure by our former developer. We discovered Talosmart and we explain our services to them.

They scheduled a meeting and gathered all information they needed from us, they have us the quotation and we make payment. Within a month, we got a perfect Cryptocurrency trading site with the features we need.

We have been seeing Talosmart Ads and publicity online, though it was not easy to choose Talosmart because we saw a lot of Web Development Companies. So, we decided to try Talosmart due to their good records and luckily for us they delivered great website.

We contacted Talosmart, they asked questions to understand our projects, We disclosed all we want, they make some suggestions and we both agree. They made a quotation and we pay, we provided all requirements and they started development.

They provided a dedicated link to us to monitor the progress of our work. We monitored and made requests and adjustments where neccessary. When the project was completed I was so excited and I gave extra tips (in cash) because I got more than I could think.

I worked with only the team lead, the communicates all I want to the team and my work get delivered. I preferred that because I don't have to deal with many people.

When the team leads understands, the whole team deliver. I don't know and don't even care to know how they communicate so far i'm getting my results.

We are just launching the site, we have performed test and we love all the features. We believe this new platform will help us reach more clients and increase our revenue by 80% as the platform is automated. I and my staffs don't have to be online before we make sales

I don't know much about Talosmart internal system. But I use WhatsApp and Email to communicate with the Team lead (project manager) and the communicate with his team. I get feedback from time to time, they report their progress and I monitor

They automated the whole of our services and also added new services as feature which can help us generate more revenue.

They deliver very fast, compare to my old developer, I am still wondering how they achieve all these within a month.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For now I didn't observe any problem with Talosmart and her services. Let's see if I will observe any during my website maintenance.

After the design, we are able to perform our membership online, keep of association information and members database online. We are also closer and more accessible to the public.

I think they need to open more office. Currently we have to send information and communicate remote. I would prefer if they have offices in many places where i can walk in and communicates.
