Their project management was pretty impressive. They were always on the ball, keeping us clued in on where they were up to with the project. We never had to chase them for updates, which was a breath of fresh air. Even when things on our side got a bit slow, they never missed a beat. Beyond that, their communication was top-notch. They made sure we were always in the loop and understood exactly where things stood.
