Over the past year they have revamped my branding & build a new website, which is bringing in more orders than I could of ever imagined. Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Since the revamp our website has been very busy, the branding revamp has transformed how Glyde Golf works, starting to get recognition in the industry.

All work was done on time, was all very effective and was updated throughout.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked the personal feel and the real sense of excitement they had. They understood what I required and executed it perfectly.

Saras Hope Foundation is a small North East based charity which was set up in 2007 in memory of Sara Hoburn who lost her battle with cancer in 2001 at 16 years old. Founded by Sara’s parents, the charity was officially launched and registered in 2008. My position within the company is Fundraising Manager. The team work tirelessly to raise the funds and the profile of the charity, so it is able to meet its main objective which is to manage a holiday retreat in Crete offering respite for the families of young people affected by cancer.

Web design. As a small children's charity we needed a website which is colourful and easy to update. Our website is a powerful tool when it comes to reaching out to new audiences and convincing visitors to support our worthy cause.

What were your goals for this project?

Our previous website was dated and not easy on the eye, we required a brand new website to promote our charity with calls-to-action, ie donate buttons and different platforms which highlights every aspect of our charity work. Engaging families on an emotional level while ensuring the emphasis in the copy is helpful to gain donations.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for a local web designer with experience of the non profit industry. We read their reviews and had a meeting with the team (Dave, Lisa and Ryan) who listened carefully to our needs, working with us to get the most from what we wanted. These guys are more than just a website provider.

We had a good idea what we wanted but we are "non-techy" so this is where these guys gave us an insight to their technical expertise by introducing social media buttons, banners etc creating a fantastic functional website.

What was the team composition?

We had many discussions with Dave who has an awesome knowledge web design, on how we saw our website and he quickly grasped the idea of what we were trying to achieve.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website works hard to promote the aims and mission of our charity, it clearly explains our work and it's easy for visitors to donate or to get involved in our events. We certainly receive more hits than we have ever done.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We started with the design process at the beginning of our discussions and then they set up design milestones and a realistic timeline. Planning around the content meant working together and ensuring they had all the information from ourselves in a timely manner. Once designs were approved and all coding etc were in places then we had several final tests before launching to the public.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism in website design is of a very high standard. They provide a non pushy very helpful approach and are very happy to answer any questions you may have during the process. Would highly recommend this company.

No not at all.

Network B2B have business networking events across the UK with groups meeting weekly to build relationships and generate/pass business to one another. I am the manager of Network B2B.

We hired Team Marvel initially to create a website for us. Since completing and maintenance of the site, we then needed some social media management and are now getting an app developed.

We needed our site to be targeted to be easy to use and structured in a professional yet welcoming manner. We have had websites that haven't worked in the past and we needed to change.

We put our objectives and what we needed from the website to the team at Team Marvel and had frequent communications back and forth to make sure we were working on the same page.

We contact the office as soon as there's a tweak to be made of if we need advice. We communicate with Dave and Ryan for website enquiries and Lisa for anything social media.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had positive comments about our website and haven't had any problems with the site. We received an increase in communication on social media when our Facebook page was being managed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Impressed with the workflow between us at Network B2B and Team Marvel. Know we an contact them whenever and they'll solve any problems or give me advice in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is knowledgeable in their own fields, knowing when to give us advice.

I approached team marvel to create a website for me and was so impressed I continue to use their services for marketing, social media and promotion.

To have a solid and competitive website with great SEO for a reasonable price. Along with the ability to be supported with managing it as tech is not my strong point

They had 3 people working in the office when I have met with them and have spoken to other people they use from a distance if they are the more skilled at a task

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I have peace of mind knowing that I have an up to date website that ranks highly on google. If I want a change made or addition it appears to happen very quickly after sending a detailed and direct email surrounding what I want. My advertising has become a lot easier as they are fantastic at target marketing via social media which is money so well spent because the effectiveness of that is worth the fee alone.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The support and speed from these guys are impeccable and I like the fact they’re not people pleasers. They don't tell you what you want to hear. They educate you about their sector regarding what you are trying to achieve, advise you and let you decide on the options. But these guys really know what they’re doing. The business has increased significantly since using them and consistently doing what they advise.

I was impressed by their honesty, direction, and speed.

With all the service I have progressively used them for I have not had an issue with their service and like the way they operate
