We weren’t having good experiences with web development companies here in our country, so we wanted to look for a better company that could get the job done for us at the right price.

Apuzztech helps us implement changes to our WordPress website, such as updating our pricing and photos, adding new picnic packages, and removing certain components. Their team also provides maintenance and SEO services.

We started working with Apuzztech in August 2021, and our collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With the improved website, we’ve definitely seen an increase in bookings. Also, our site is fully functional, a lot easier to use, and self-explanatory, which means less questions from customers. Overall, we love what Apuzztech has done to our site.

How did Apuzztech perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a great job from a project management perspective. We work in different time zones, but they communicate with us regularly so that we’re always aware of what’s happening. For communication, we interact via Zoom, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What distinguishes Apuzztech from other providers is their ability to get the job done on time. They also have great communication skills and are very honest.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that Apuzztech could improve on — they should just keep doing what they’re doing.

Make sure to have a clear goal in mind before proceeding with your project.

Monik presented well and his reviews were excellent

We provided a design in Figma and Monik and his team implemented within Wordpress and Divi theme. There was also some development work that Monik needed to implement.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

hired Monik to implement a web design in both mobile and desktop within the Divi Theme on Wordpress. Monik has excellent technical skills, with a high standard of work being produced. Monik's availability was good, however there was some issues with the time difference. Monik delivered work on time to a high standard and was easy to communicate with. Monik is fluent in English and provided some good suggestions to improve functionality. Overall, working with Monik was great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service

We primary used the Upwork platform which was a little bit frustrating but we go there in the end

We were impressed with their quick response time and excellent communication.

Not really. My only frustration was the time difference

We searched for Freelance developers and after numerous rounds of talks and interviews, we hired Apuzztech based on knowledge, experience, service, and price.

During the course of 2022 we have done numerous updates over different periods based on urgency, importance and budget. These were a wide range of updates both on the front end and back end.

The main developer was our first point of contact but who also delegated more specialised tasks to members within his team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The updates generated over 50% increased traffic and leads plus many other KPI's including reduced bounce rates, longer website visits, etc.

Projects were broken down into smaller sections over different time periods allowing us to focus on resolving each item and allowing for proper testing and further optimisation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The informal communication, quick responses and immediate action. Despite the time difference, there was no notice of this. I don't think they ever sleep.

None to mention.

I have got a reference for one of my colleagues. As he already has approached Apuzztech and finished his project successfully and quickly. This is how I have selected this vendor to get my project done.

I want to make managing stuff process with bit simplicity way. So I just shared my problem with Apuzztech team and they suggest me few solutions to manage all stuff in a better way. Later I decide to build MVP as they already have a good hand on that. Within 1 month I got my MVP ready and he used Codeigniter technology on this.

The CEO of Apuzztech is working very closely with me and there were another 2 developers and 1 designer worked on my project.

I was using MVP for the last 1 week and I'm very happy because I'm saving lots of time and I can do data analysis in an easier way.

Apuzztech has helped me develop a website to display our project portfolio. Initially, they provided us with visual mock-ups of how the site would look. After defining its design, they developed the site using WordPress, JavaScript, and CSS as the main technologies. Currently, they’re working on the site’s final touches before delivering it.

We found them online. Technology companies are expensive in the UK, so I looked for an affordable firm on Google and found Apuzztech. They checked all the boxes, so I hired them.

We worked on the bulk of the project in October 2022, but we’re still in partnership with Apuzztech.

Although our new website is yet to be launched, Apuzztech has delivered great development work, following our instructions and satisfying our needs.

Apuzztech’s project management is great. They’ve stuck to our timelines, met our deadlines, and been very patient with us along the way. Moreover, they’re very quick at taking care of the bugs we find in the system. Apuzztech’s communication is also great. We have meetings via Skype and share key information via email.
