Website Revamp for PAM Solutions Company

Teammates who had never worked with Baunfire noticed a big difference working with them compared to working with the previous agency. They listened to our needs and guided us on best practices and how to build certain features. Baunfire knowledge went beyond traditional web development. Our previous agency constantly told us that they couldn’t do certain things to the site. However, when Baunfire came in, they told us that, in reality, the other agency didn’t want to do them. Those requirements were doable, but they required putting in a little more effort.

Despite their strong communication skills, there were two moments in particular where I felt they could have been more inclusive. When the website came together, I noticed on the agenda that they scheduled a meeting to discuss the project status. I would have liked to have been included in the meeting to hear their thoughts and give my input. While I understand that a meeting so close to the end might complicate the delivery, maintaining open discussion could please the client and improve their services.

Because our main contact was a parent, he understood our message. It was helpful, and he was motivated to work with us; that was rare. It’s hard for people to understand what this is and also difficult to break it down for someone who’s not going through it. It’s hard to translate that, and they succeeded in helping us do so. Their skills are off the charts, and they have really good design aesthetics. Our new brand and website definitely changed the conversation after Mutant Unicorn came in. Mutant Unicorn has an open mind. They really want to understand the story and aren’t trying to tell us what to do or give us generic deliverables. Their team really wanted our company to shine and have its own voice. Across their work, all their designs are unique. It’s not the same thing over and over again. Creativity is their strength. Also, they’re not a short-term team. They’re in there for the long haul. Mutant Unicorn delivers and does an awesome job.
