The new website has become our most effective sales tool. While we don't share specific conversion percentages, the quality of leads has dramatically improved. We now regularly receive inquiries that begin with, "I spent an hour on your website and I knew I had to call you." The load time is so fast that we've received unsolicited compliments on it, which is something you never hear about a website. Furthermore, our team updates the site weekly with new progress photos. The ease of the CMS has empowered us to keep our content fresh and engaging, which has significantly increased our repeat traffic and time spent on site.

They took the time to create a custom guide based on exactly how we would use it, which made our team confident and self-sufficient from day one. It felt like a true partnership.

This is a difficult question because the process was so smooth. If I were to offer one minor suggestion, it would be to provide even more examples of "best practices" for the content we upload ourselves early on. For instance, a quick cheat-sheet on ideal image dimensions and file sizes for the portfolio to ensure everything we add ourselves remains optimized for that incredible speed. That said, the efelle team has been incredibly responsive whenever we've had questions post-launch, so this was a very small item in an otherwise flawless experience. We are already discussing phase two with them.
