For what projects/services did your company hire efelle creative?

As I looked to introduce a new product to market, efelle creative was hired to build a landing page that would be an initial engagement with potential costumers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a local agency with a solid track record of building captivating, scalable and fluid sites. Their past work reflected their experience.

We started with an initial product brief leading into a roundtable of ideas for the possible avenues we could take. The scope was narrowed based on efelle's experience and the intention of the brand launch.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 people directly involved with me. An account manager, product manager, and designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The page turned out great, unfortunately, the timing for the brand launch was delayed. Any metrics here would not be a true reflection of the project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project flow was great — they communicated transparently and responded quickly throughout.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was nice to know that the team I was working with had a firm grasp on all aspects of web dev and design. From the inner workings of the page through ecommerce.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing that I would change about this project.

Efelle Creative used its knowledge of my company's business to make a framework for approximately 20 corporate pages, 200 catalog pages, 100 resource pages, and 500 location pages.

What was the team composition?

Efelle Creative is a fairly large company with team members for every aspect of web site design and development. There was one manager to take care of regular communication but lines were open to all team members when needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our original web site created by Efelle coincided with a period of unprecedented sales growth. There were no significant complaints, and suggested improvements and updates were easily incorporated.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication and workflow is always fast ,without exception.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everyone at Efelle Media is amazingly professional, competent, energetic and in complete command of their area of expertise. Also patient with clients, when needed!

I wanted a custom website that communicated my practice’s abilities clearly and provided a call to action to my customers.

I’ve been in the professional service marketing industry for well over 20 years and have worked with their CEO on many website rebranding projects. We’re like family, so I knew the level of service I’d receive.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I’ve received many compliments on my website ranging from its design to its ease of use. It’s been a great way to kick off my business and leverage my brand.

It was excellent. They kept the project on task, and I was happy by how quickly I got my website up.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The people at Efelle were great to work with and made customer service their top priority. Their team was responsive, focused on solving problems, and creative. They’re simply cool, fun people to work with.
