These have involved doing things as such as adding graphics and reformatting up to working with 3rd party organizations and data to create streamlined csv reports that can be manipulated. Problems with workflow, communication, and displays have been resolved.

W3care completed tasks as assigned and within given timeframes. When there were issues (unexpected complications or miscommunications that happen in all work), there was regular communication to clarify and resolve the issues.

The quality for the price is unbeatable. I have worked with a few companies. No one does everything perfectly. However, W3care Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does a great job at a great price. W3care meets my needs.

W3care can sometimes struggle with the following 3 areas:

1. Communication within their own organization: There have been a couple of times where something was established with one person, and then when another person worked with me, they were unaware. That led to a need to re-establish certain things.
2. Time: I have not yet worked with a developer where I did not believe they were on occasion providing estimates and reports that indicated a need for more time than was actually required. Again, this is NOT unique. This is normal. However, the more I can understand how time is being used and the more I can feel confident that I am paying for what I am getting rather than paying for more time than is required, the more trust is built that we have a fair business relationship.
3. Complex and custom work: W3care is excellent at easy and medium difficulty tasks. When the tasks are more complex, things slow down and do not work as well. This is also not terribly unique. That is the nature of hard work and what you will find at most places. W3care also gets credit for staying at it and figuring things out.

Our website was converted in 2012 to a highly customized Expression Engine site using Brilliant Retail. It was a successful and stable combination until our business outgrew it and we needed to adjust to Google SEO demands. On the recommendation of Expression Engine staff, we hired a company by the name of Foster Made to bring us up to date.

Not only did they take about a year and a half longer than quoted, but they launched the site half complete. With daily "fires" and a constant need to fix something that broke in the launch, their lack of structure and effective project management became quickly apparent.

Rather than stick it out and deliver a completed and functioning website, they recommended we find someone else to work with.

With sales declining and customers turning to our competitors for a secure web experience, we took the recommendation and started a partnership with w3Care.

Their attention, care and weekly meetings with the developers brought the necessary confidence we needed to not trash the botched upgrade and start from scratch.

At this time our needs were expansive, tasks were half completed, necessary functions were gone, and someone were purged the old site so we couldn't even reference existing features.

I will not go into specifics of scope, but the perseverance and determination to make our website successful was clear on every call and from every teammember.

There were an unfortunate number of circumstances that caused us to see a rotation in lead developers, but our Project Manager, Sonu, stuck with our account the whole time.

The vast scope of errors and incomplete items left by Foster Made was astounding, and w3Care didn't hesitate to bring on additional team members to support extra hours and to address SEO when the time came.

The team worked very hard to meet our needs and to clean up the chaos left by the previous development company.

There is a big-time difference, and w3Care made the decision to schedule meetings on our business day. The dedication to customer care and quality of organization was such a stark contrast to the lack of care we experienced from the US Based developer we had been working wth.

w3Care is truly customer-oriented. Their whole team is kind, respectful, and engaged. Our team calls were enjoyable and I look forward to catching up each week.

We struggled with language barriers, but again, the highly organized nature of the project manager overcame most of the miscommunication.
