We needed someone to build our website and provide us with SEO services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started our partnership with a discussion about the design of our website. After a couple of revisions, they successfully built the website on WordPress and went beyond the initial contract to maintain it. 

Furthermore, they also provided us with SEO services to make sure everything was running smoothly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In terms of Google rankings, Krisp Kontent helped us reach the top three websites within our niche industry. We’ve also gained a significant amount of traffic thanks to their SEO implementation.

They were great from a project management perspective, and we typically communicated through email, text, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their flexibility and ability to adapt to the tasks that we gave them.

I can’t think of anything they could improve on.

Before you decide to reach out to them, make sure you have a basis of what you’re looking for and provide them with a foundation of how you want to build your website.

Our need was for a website to be developed from a concept that I had within my head. We needed someone to provide a complete solution providing a professional look and finish

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Krisp Kontent online, and reached-out via email. We decided to have a sit down interview with Sele, and get a better feel for his team to see if they would be able to achieve our goals.

Following our interview, we left the team with some ideas and agreed on another meeting for some concept review. At our next meeting with Sele we reviewed the concepts and began brainstorming and working towards our goals and ideas. Sele was very quick to adjust, and we are a very picky discerning customer with many changes and requests of Sele and his team.

All of our communication was directly with Sele.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had worked with other web designers, each of which came up with some “form” concepts. Krisp Kontent worked hard to put down what I had in my mind into paper and webpage. We were very proud of the output and get compliments all the time.

They were extremely responsive to emails, questions and provided an abundance of information and portfolio work and references.
