When you have everybody working together and uplifting each other, you’re only going to get the best from them.       Xterra has been much more responsive to our employees needs when encountering IT problems, their ticketing system is very good and their support team is very responsive. We met weekly during the projects, were assigned a lead project manager who used software to show us where we stood in terms of meeting our goals. Projects have been delivered on time and they are very responsive to our needs. Everyone from the client support to the engineers are easy to work with and communicate very well.

Triangu is very knowledgeable in AWS which was the main service used for this project. Their knowledge together with great availability allowed for great quality. Remote collaboration is always hard but creating a close and transparent communication within a tight constant team has been the key success factor in this project.
