5.0 Feb 4, 2020The communication is very good. They check the client’s requirements before implementing the project, and they’re very responsive. I can send them an email and get a reply in a few minutes or, if they’re busy, an hour or two. We’ve never gone over the budget on a project, and they deliver on time. We had one case where the schedule was questionable, but it was the government’s fault, not Hogart’s. The government announced on Friday evening that the structure was changing, and, on Monday morning, not only us but the entire Polish accounting department was surprised that the structures weren’t working. Nobody was prepared, but Hogart reacted and helped us upload the structure the next day. We’ve never had a problem with them.

The difference between the plan and execution never exceeded 10%. We also tracked critical bugs after go-live but didn’t identify any throughout the projects. The results for the ERP project were excellent; the client was so satisfied with the product that they recommended our services to another client, who hired us for the global system implementation in Argentina.
