We engaged Metrotechs Digital Marketing Agency to redesign our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve redesigned and redeveloped my website and created backlinks to other places online. We had an existing website, but it wasn’t very effective. Given that, Metrotechs Digital Marketing Agency suggested many changes and improvements to the design. Then, they developed a new website for us based on those ideas. 

The website is complete, but we plan to continue tweaking it.

I found them through a referral from a friend.

We’ve spent $5,000.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website has turned out well, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Metrotechs Digital Marketing Agency has been extremely helpful; they’ve made valuable suggestions to align the website with my vision. Furthermore, we’ve seen a significant increase in website traffic, which has positively impacted our business.

The team performs perfectly concerning project management; we’ve had no issues. We communicate via text and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been most impressed by their attentiveness and ability to provide innovative solutions. We’re very mentally aligned; sometimes, it feels like they know what I’m thinking. They’ve provided a fantastic service.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Metrotechs Digital Marketing Agency designed and developed an e-commerce website for us. We worked collaboratively to design the site’s layout. They built a substantial backend system that allows us to invoice customers, sell directly to customers, and keep track of our inventory. Aside from that, they also handle our SEO efforts, which involve conducting competitive research, coming up with keywords, and generating content around those keywords.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There has been a huge growth in our online presence, organic traffic, and site rankings. We've since been ranked number one on multiple keywords within our industry, which is incredibly impressive considering we're going up against some huge brands.

Metrotechs Digital Marketing Agency has performed well in terms of project management. They’re always accessible and responsive, and I’ve never had to wait for anything from them.

We typically communicate through Zoom meetings, phone calls, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Metrotechs Digital Marketing Agency’s strong work ethic, availability, and problem-solving skills. They don’t put out a product they’re not happy with themselves. For instance, they built something before that that I asked for but they didn't necessarily like. They built it out just to let me see it myself, but at the same time, they found a way to refine it and make it functional.

I hired them to create a webpage for my business. They also host my webpage.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this vendor because a friend had used them in the past. I was with a different agency at the time and was extremely unhappy. I decided to go with them for what they had to offer me, how well everything was explained in detail of my web design process, and I felt like I was getting more for what I would be paying for by saving over $500 per month.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I explained what my business was, how it worked, and I wanted a webpage to represent that. Provided my logo, pictures of my photos shoot, brand colors, and my bio. We linked my appointment, Facebook, and Instagram link. All contact information. I was showed how to monitor and maintain my online presence through the Moz platform.

I worked with one, the owner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I’m getting a lot of traffic, clicks that go directly to my website, that turn into appointments. Business has picked up.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was simple and easy. I was well informed of what step was next and I actually couldn’t believe it how short of time it was from the first time we starting putting it together till the day it launched.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How simple the whole process was. I told them how I envisioned my website, and they exceeded my expectations and more.

No nothing at all
