For what projects/services did your company hire White2Label Manufacturing Ltd?

I worked with Anthony on a bespoke project to create some hoodies for my company. From day 1 I realised this guy had won awards for a reason. The quality of the hoodies he provided in the sample were insanely good. Perfect sizing and stitching. The logo finish was brilliant. I’ve had some difficulties with ink printer manufacturers before - not with Anthony.

The finish was beautiful and to top it all off - he delivered the order before it was even due. Which gave me enough time to sort out the photoshoot and whatnot. A great company but more importantly amazing service. Highly recommend this to anyone starting a fashion brand

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found him via a Google search - he turned up in the top rank. We dropped him a message and he replied within 3 hours and set up a call very quickly. Haven’t experienced customer service this good elsewhere.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Contacted him for hoodies development. Sent over design material. Anthony helped us build a brand package. Anthony provided us with a sample. We approved the sample as it was perfect. Anthony proceeded to produce 100 units of embroidered hoodies - delivered on time and not a single unit was mistaken.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two people. A customer service rep who answered our initial enquiry - and Anthony the MD who assisted us through the entire production cycle.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Outcome was perfect. Hoodies were for our employees.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

No issues in Comms. Anthony had a system set up using a software which allowed us to view the progress of production updates. It was all smooth and handled to perfection.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their customer service, quality, and speed of delivery were impressive. Elite service.
