So we give them a test assignment on cool off time and we are happy with their services and logistics solutions they provide.

After partnering with Team ALSI, our construction team can focus on our projects only without any tension on delivery of projects on time. At first, we have assigned a freight transportation of land drilling equipment for a contract period of 3 months from 2019, January to March as a test assignment with a cool off period. If there's a time-sensitive issue, they are quick to jump on the assignment. We have completed every construction works in Dubai on time, because of their exceptional services in logistics and road freight transportation.

To go over their performance in logistics and align on tasks, we have a daily meeting over Zoom and the phone with the project lead.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Team ALSI is able to approach a challenge proactively because of industry expertise of over 15 years. If there is any situation that is not mapped out in our workflows, they are able to figure out a exceptional solution and revert back to us as a successful partner.

There was a few turnover at the beginning of the project works in 2019. But within weeks, they sorted out at ease. So we feel there is nothing to say. We recommend ALSI as Best Logistics Partner in Dubai, UAE.
