WeFulfil provides Chinese-based third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain support for our e-commerce business, acting as an ongoing fulfillment and operations partner.

The scope includes inventory storage, pick and pack, and international order fulfillment to customers across Australia, Oceania, Europe, and North America. WeFulfil also manages day-to-day logistics support, shipment monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing communication through dedicated agents.

Additional support includes packaging optimisation to reduce transit damage, assistance with product sourcing and custom packaging options, and guidance on logistics and fulfillment processes as the business scales.

What stood out most was how hands-on and attentive the WeFulfil team is. They don’t operate like a typical 3PL — they act as a true partner who is deeply invested in the success of the businesses they work with.

Their responsiveness, clear communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems is exceptional, particularly given the complexity of international fulfillment. Even when issues arise, they are proactive, patient, and focused on finding practical, cost-effective solutions.

Working with we Wefulfil has been nothing but a pleasure. The team seems to work all hours and works incredibly hard to solve problems even when it is not directly effecting them. We have had so many issues with other 3PLs and parts of the supply chain for our products, that Wefulfil has come in and saved the day. Their pricing is better than anyone else we have worked with and they are consistently working on finding new solutions at better rates with faster shipping. 
Their custom built platform is also a pleasure to use (unlike some competitors) which makes it very easy to keep tabs across fulfulment as well as raise any issues. Since starting with Wefulfil back in August, we have little to no customer complaints regarding fulfilment, and have managed to scale our company significantly. 
When we first joined with them we were also pretty fresh into the space, and they accommodated for our lower stock initially, and have easily handled our larger order volume, especially through peak periods such as BFCM. Genuinely, highly recommend these guys.

Reduction in shipping time, getting global shipping for nutritional supplements down to 7-10 days globally. Pricing is also incredibly competitive and better than most others. Fulfilment is almost instant. All of these factors have led to less customer complaints about shipping and selling more products.

Seems as though the team works 24/7 as there is always someone to get back to you. It makes working with them an absolute delight. Orders are fulfilled almost instantly!

Wefulfil handled product storage, inventory management, order picking and packing, and international shipping directly from China. They also supported branded packaging with low MOQs and provided complete Shopify integration so orders could sync automatically.

The results were clear and measurable. Our average delivery time to Australia dropped from 12–20 days to 5–8 days, customer complaints related to shipping decreased significantly, and our fulfilment accuracy improved to nearly 100%. We also launched branded packaging through Wefulfil’s low-MOQ service, which increased our repeat purchase rate and strengthened our overall brand presentation.

What impressed me most about Wefulfil is the combination of speed, consistency, and true partnership. Many 3PLs promise fast shipping, but Wefulfil actually delivers 5–8 day AU/NZ transit times reliably. Their willingness to offer low-MOQ branded packaging is also unique — it allowed us to elevate our brand without huge upfront costs. Overall, they operate more like a growth partner than just a logistics provider.
