I needed someone to take over our daily shipping activities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kerry Apex provides air and sea freight services and helps us ship to the West Coast of the US. They also offer some consultancy to help us avoid shipment issues. If needed, they put shipment containers on hold. 

Once the packages get to their destination, another vendor handles the warehousing.

What is the team composition?

I work with the sales manager who gives me the quotation for each shipment.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $20,000 per month. They charge us $20 per shipment.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in November 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Kerry Apex helps us a lot when it comes to shipping to the US. They make sure our shipments are on time and free of issues.

If I need to speed up a shipment’s delivery, they make it happen by finding the shipment and expediting its trajectory.

Furthermore, their rates are cheaper than other solutions, and they save us a lot of money.

Kerry Apex has a great system. We communicate via email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Kerry Apex team has helped me avoid fees by being proactive regarding customs issues — we’ve never incurred charges when packages get to their destination.
