We have been cooperating with Omnipack practically from the beginning of our business. We wanted to put logistics in the hands of professionals who know the specifics of the fashion industry, who will help us handle the growing volume of our orders, while guaranteeing shipment services at the highest level. 

As a developing e-commerce company, it was important for us that our logistics partner supported us in development and building trust among our customers. Omnipack, thanks to error-free order fulfillment and professional logistics support, has contributed to the growth of our business. 

We have entrusted Omnipack with the full handling of our e-commerce orders, accepting deliveries from manufacturers, storing products, picking and ecologically packing orders, shipping parcels and cooperating with couriers. With Omnipack’s support we have managed to grow our business by almost 10 times. 

Other results we have achieved include professional e-commerce logistics services, a wide range of available courier services and fast shipments. We have been working with Omnipack for several years and our cooperation has been very successful. They have been involved from the beginning, and together we have managed to achieve satisfactory results in terms of the quality of our e-commerce orders, including ecological packaging, storage and shipping standards. 

Thanks to their knowledge of logistics in the fashion industry, we have managed to professionalize our processes, thanks to which we improved the quality of our customer service, raised the standards of our orders, increased the network of couriers and obtained attractive shipping rates. 

Another benefit is that we can remain focused on our mission during sales peaks, knowing that all orders will be fulfilled. What is also particularly important for us is flexibility, resulting from the specific needs of our products, which are larger in volume in the autumn and winter season, which translates into the need to have more space in the warehouse. 

For Omnipack, this is not a problem, so we can freely increase or decrease the surface area we need, adapting it to our stock levels, which saves us money and helps us to remain competitive.

We entrusted Omnipack with full logistic services for LaMania Home and La Mania Fashion. Our cooperation began with system integration and the processing of inbound goods, now it consists of comprehensive logistics management; inbound, storing goods, completing orders, packing, shipping and handling returns. 

The key results that we managed to achieve together are: 

• cost savings up to 30-40% 
• faster and better quality order fulfillment compared to our own warehouse increased level of customer service 
• professional and fast handling of returns, which is key factor in the fashion industry

Omnipack showed great commitment to the project from the very beginning. The integration process, onboarding and inbounding of goods at the warehouse - everything went according to plan. When transferring logistics to an external fulfillment company, there will be some challenges but Omnipack did everything to meet our requirements. An example is the adaptation of the product packaging process and their storage to the guidelines we specify and flexibility in the warehouse space we occupy.

I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to handle e-commerce logistics with a partner like Omnipack. Monitoring the status of orders, stock - everything can be easily checked in the dedicated Merchant Portal tool. The system itself is intuitive and clear. The second unique feature of Omnipack is adjusting the processes to the client's needs. 

At LaMania, we care about aesthetic packaging of goods, because we reach a selective customer base. Omnipack is able to guarantee this to us, thanks to which we can be sure that our client will receive a package packed in accordance with our guidelines.

Of course, there are several aspects that could be improved; however, we understand that a fulfillment company has its procedures and cannot cater to every minor requirement and whim of the client.

Our cooperation has been very smooth from the beginning. At the start of the cooperation, i.e. integration, delivery of products to the warehouse and the implementation of the first orders, everything took place according to the agreed schedule. We started with the first shipments after 2 weeks.

Currently, in our everyday cooperation with Omnipack, we most appreciate their flexible approach and adjusting processes to our needs. Packaging of products, assessment of goods on delivery and returns - everything is done per our guidelines, so we can be sure that the orders will reach our customers in good condition. In addition, the ability to change the SLA allows us to better manage the seasonality of sales and costs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A clear sales process, after which we moved on to easy and simple integration with our e-commerce. In everyday work, the greatest facilitation is the professional customer panel in the dedicated Merchant Portal tool. This allows for efficient management of goods, gives the opportunity to quickly check the status of orders, returns and stock volume. A great improvement is also the Merchant Support department, which quickly solves all possible problems straight from the warehouse.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Omnipack could have done differently?

One complaint would be about custom orders that go beyond the standard. Currently, they have to be reported in a rather complicated way by contacting the Merchant Support department and there is no automation for this. We would suggest introducing some simpler process for this, where custom orders can be submitted using the Merchant Portal.
