Our account manager Josh Chaidez is very effective and knowledgeable, as well as responsive. Even though the customer portal lets me accomplish most of my routine tasks, if I have an unusual question or request, Josh has been able to take care of them quickly and effectively. The customer portal and the team behind is also effective and responsive. They've become familiar with our needs and can predict them. They sometimes remind me of equipment that we may need when I forget to mention it in a request.
