Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the engineering manager at our company. Our technology division has multiple departments, and I’m in charge of data injection and other technical areas.

What challenge were you trying to address with Autolite QA Services?

We faced many internal issues when doing testing because our efforts were manual, which was quite challenging for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Autolite QA Services helped us develop an automation framework. We left everything up to them, so they chose the framework and programming language. They built it from scratch and ensured it was open-source. The framework executes on the CI/CD tool and publishes reports via email and Slack. They used WebDriverIO and Appium.

We started with a paid POC for two weeks, where we gave them a specific set of tasks to automate. During that time, we saw good progress. After that, we went into full-blown discovery mode, where we exposed the entire architecture and backend.
