• We hired Haipe Studio to help us automate several repetitive internal processes that were consuming valuable development and operations time. Our objective was to reduce manual effort, improve the consistency of routine workflows, and create scalable automation that would support our growing business.
• We also wanted their expertise in identifying which processes would benefit most from robotic process automation while ensuring the new workflows integrated smoothly with our existing systems.

They collaborated closely with our team to understand our business requirements before designing and implementing RPA solutions tailored to our processes. Their work included workflow mapping, automation design,bot development, testing, deployment and documentation. They also provided recommendations for future automation opportunities and shared best practices to help our team maintain and expand the automated workflows over time.
