They've been very understanding and flexible. The team increased their level of project management for us and the project, overall, has been running quite smooth since that change. Plus, as we have had to figure out some points of the project along the way, the team has been a God-send as they've provided insight and recommendations. The team has the development skills, but trusts us to know our customers. They've been very flexible as our needs have grown and changed, and could easily find an additional developer with just the skill set we needed. They've also been able to onboard new developers very quickly.
