Within the first 6 months, there was an improvement in the quality of our leads. The conversion of our leads and the amount of organic traffic also increased. I want to say that in the first 3 or 4 months, it was up by 35%. That was a phenomenal number. We did not have mobile before, but our mobile got up to 46% in the first 6 months. Digital Scientists also allowed us to look at the journey of the searcher and see the various sources they were using. That allowed us to say to vendors like Apartment Guide and Rent.com: “Now, instead of paying you a subscription, we want to pay you per lease.” I can tell you, I can really be very succinct in the attribution of where the leads came from. Ultimately, we were able to trace it back to the first attribution that brought them to the website. Instead of paying expensive subscriptions, we came up with a cost-per-lease model that saved us a ton of money. During the first year the site went up, we saved over $1 million in advertising costs because we were only paying for leases that we got.
