We wanted to revamp our website, and hired My Web Programmer to provide UX/UI Design services, custom web design, and custom web development. We also asked them to provide CRM implementation and development. They also developed a 360 view feature for us, allowing our website visitors to have a look at 360 exterior and interview view of the selected vehicle. They have also been providing digital marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Their successful redesigning of our website and improvements to our user experience design lead to an increase in our website visitors and leads. The users are finding our website credible and engaging. Our company website also keeps on driving more lead and sales to us as we upgraded the website and got the digital marketing campaign run from them.

We already had a website, but the website had some problems, pages weren't loading properly, we were getting inconsistent results. The original designer didn't have time to fix the problems, so we hired My Web Programmer to fix our website.

I founded the startup 60sec with another cofounder. It was a mobile app to shoot 60 second videos to pitch yourself as a video profile. The app was developed and launched on google play store.

It took a few weeks to finalise the scope amd the services price. The project then started with requirements elicitation followed by design prorotyping. It was agile development where frequent builds were provided to us to check and test features to provide feedback. Initially we had face to face meetings but then later into the project cycle we were working more virtually as I was based in Singapore.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app was launched as MVP in 3-4 months. I had resource bottlenecks at my end which was a constraint. We kept on launching the releases with bug fixes and new features subsequently. In the initial 3 months after launch we managed to secure a fee good recruitment firms as clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

My touchpoint was with design lead, solution architect, project manager and account manager. Communication was decent and clear escalation paths were provided should they be needed. We used trello for tracking progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their sincerity and honesty which help build trust. I have done other work with them too apart from 60sec.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Improvement areas could be on more availability during my timezone as I was a few hours ahead of them but we adjusted a little and they adjusted a little as and when needed.
