Byte Vader’s project management approach was pragmatic, transparent, and deeply collaborative. They operated in agile sprints, and we had bi-weekly review sessions where progress was demonstrated live, rather than through dry status reports. When a faculty survey revealed confusion around certain app features, they paused feature rollouts to host training sessions and incorporate feedback into UI improvements. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be documentation. While their codebase was clean and the technical handoffs were clear, some of the user guides, especially for the IoT dashboard, were a bit too technical for non-IT personnel. We eventually resolved this by collaborating with them to co-create user-friendly manuals — which they were more than happy to help with once the issue was raised.
