Wogibtswas Geolocation Shopping mobile platform

Undabot developed a geolocation shopping platform that notifies users about the best offers and deals in their vicinity. The app brings together more than 500.000 users and 20,000 stores which are offering more than 65,000 active promotions and offers. Implemented geofencing technology uses a real-time location to serve timely notifications about the best and the closest offers. Clickable markers added to catalogues enable

interactions between users and catalogues. While browsing the catalogue, users can find additional facts about the offers or sign up for a newsletter.

Classifieds Android and iOS app for Styria Marketplaces - "Njuskalo"

Continuously, for more than 6 years Undabot is developing fast and easy classifieds mobile app and ensuring simple, safe and intuitive interactions between buyers and sellers. Bc Agronaut - Innovative mobile advisory support for farmers

Bc Agronaut is the mobile app that supports farmers in the decision making process to select the optimal seed type and quantity based on their purpose of use, field location and other parameters. 

Bc Institute approached us with the following inquiry: “Competition is growing and the market is forcing us to generate new ideas and create innovative solutions, so we want to make a virtual assistant which will help

farmers to quickly get relevant information, optimize production, reduce costs and make the best possible yield.” Together, Undabot and Bc Institute created an innovative mobile advisory support for farmers that collected more than 1000 users in less than 6 months, increased Bc products placement on the market, improved company’s general business results and brand awareness.

A1 Telekom Austria Group Self Care Application

A1 Self Care mobile application is an ongoing project on which Undabot and A1 team are collaborating to create Common Base Technology (CBT) platform for Self-care applications that can be configured and released in multiple markets. Undabot is providing following services:

    Blade Soho is a hairsalon that stands out with it’s strategy by offering their customers unique experience of hairclubbing. Undabot developed an iOS and Android booking app, which manages most of their bookings, reschedulings and cancellations. It is client-oriented team management tool that handles reservations, organizes the workload, and improves customer satisfaction, without logins or passwords.

    ePrijave - official platform for submitting applications for public funds

    Croatian National Tourist Board is a national tourist organization founded with a goal to promote and to enhance the reputation of Croatian tourism. Undabot developed web application „ePrijave“ for supporting activities of the Croatian National Tourist Board in the procedure of granting support to the applicants. The application enables faster submission, evaluation and approval of users applications for the funding

    programs.

    Bar plot and Scatter plot 3D data visualization

    The project includes frontend visualization of large data sets with 3D scatter plot and bar plot while keeping in mind high performance. The solution is delivered in a form of git repository with source and built JS files ready for usage.

    Event application

    Job Fair is the biggest fair of this type organized at the Faculty of Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. Undabot unified the app for all users with the according interfaces (both students and employers) and automated the process of data collecting, providing the fair guests with a more comfortable experience.

    Beauty POS SaaS application

    The goal of this project was to create a standalone SaaS application aimed towards beauty salon owners and salon employees to optimize their day to day business. The product helps managing their bookings, inventory, checkout, salon data, customers data and more. 



    Interactive campaign builder

    Fourstarzz helps companies to find the best social media influencers and provides a digital platform for connecting marketers with the appropriate influencer platforms. The platform helps clients to optimize and automate campaign building process and enables seamless campaign arrangement through the interaction with the chatbot.

    Classifieds platform for lost pets

    SUZA is a union of animal welfare associations of Zagreb. During 14 years of its existence they helped to foster more than 25 000 animals. Undabot created classifieds platform for lost animals that makes easier to post and share ads for lost and found pets or deactivate outdated ads. 



    e-mobility self care mobile app

    Wien Energie is one of the largest Austrian energy providers. Undabot designed a solution, created UI/UX design and prototype for their self care app which won the first prize on the Pioneers Smart Mobility Prototyping Days competition in Vienna.

    I’m the online sales and digital customer experience senior manager for A1 Telekom Austria Group. We’re a leading provider of digital services and communications solutions in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 24 million customers, currently operating in seven countries. I work on the development of digital channels.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

    For what projects/services did your company hire Undabot?

    We needed to partner with an external resource to develop a self-care application based on the TM Forum Open API standard. 

    What were your goals for this project?

    We wanted to build a self-care platform that would truly enable a “develop once, deploy many” approach. We needed a flexible solution that could be used in all our markets, no matter the differences in services. The ultimate goal is to create another channel of communication and service for our customers.

    SOLUTION

    How did you select this vendor?

    We ran a standard purchasing process starting with an RFI. We held several workshops with multiple vendors before entering into detailed negotiations about the scope, assumptions, and contract with Undabot.

    Describe the project in detail.

    The project was split into two phases based on our first two markets for the app. Undabot kicked off the process by holding a two day workshop at their office with all stakeholders. We used that meeting to define work packages, work mode, and requirements. Then they developed the app as an abstract data model that is decoupled from local backends and highly scalable. Key features include self-management of telecommunication services, product activation, and bill management. 

    What was the team composition?

    We worked with a dedicated project manager, a business analyst, a designer, a system architect, and two main developers. I don´t know how many other developers worked on the app.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

    Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

    Undabot developed a working application that is currently in soft launch mode. The entire project—including the purchasing process, data model definition, requirements, and development—took just over a year. 

    How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

    The communication is on point and transparent. We use Skype and Google Meet to talk on a weekly basis, YouTrack for ticketing, and Google Docs for collaboration on documentation. While we did experience two changes of our dedicated project manager, we haven’t seen any impact on their overall efficiency. Every member of the team is top notch.  

    What did you find most impressive about this company?

    Undabot is ceaselessly flexible. Their approach shows that they care about the project at least as much as we do. They handle all challenges exceptionally well.

    Are there any areas for improvement?

    They lack a bit of experience with large telecommunication clients. That’s reflected in a discrepancy between expectations and reality. However, it only pushed us to go faster and made their flexibility really shine. When some smaller features were not documented, they were honest enough to admit it.

    They developed an app for Android and iOS that allows users to review current information from the Bc Institute—for example, updates on our crops, detailed weather forecasts, or notes on plant diseases and weeds. The app also provides contact to Bc Institute staff for support and displays precise calculations of the sowing rate for every product we have.

    What is the team composition? 

    We worked with a team of 6–7 people. Our primary contacts were a project manager and a client service manager, who helped with contracts and payments. Otherwise, we worked with a software architect, backend developers, and developers for Android and iOS.
