Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• BitHoot had to develop our website and integrate the tools and existing solutions we use for our sales and project management. 
• We needed a new back office, and automation solutions across our IT eco-system.
• Our UI/UX was in a pretty basic (bad) state and we needed a brand-new coat of paint together with branding.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a brand new website with branding, automated webhooks, and integrations with our sales/marketing tools. We expanded a set of tools that helped us automate and speed up our in-house processes (some of which they got us for free). Also, we got a lot of advice on managing our website and keeping our data safe and databases clean. Also:

• We will retain Bithoot as a vendor for the foreseeable future as they are great engineers. They are also an awesome team, and we had that "Click" and chemistry going on. 
• I can trust them with our digital infrastructure and future branding endeavors which is the biggest value for me, I know Imlplusima is not alone in this challenge.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with the users (back-office staff) to gauge satisfaction with the application’s usability and functionality.
• Monitor the error rate in data processing and management before and after implementation.
• Maintain 99.9% uptime for the application, ensuring reliability and availability.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We had 0 deadline breaches. There were a few problems they were super transparent about them so overall it was smooth sailing for the duration of the project. I got their support instantly whenever I needed it. We had a direct channel of communication and I could reach out any time. They handheld me through most of the project and explained everything that was going on at the time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are super friendly, and we have a superb working relationship. They are also pretty cost-effective, and they adjusted to our budget as best they could. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something BitHoot could have done differently?

Nothing to add here. They work hard and all bumps in the road were quickly straighten.
