Our Client is a technology provider of mobility, fleet, and asset management specialised software solutions for different type of clients.
Project:
Implementation of Car fleet management SaaS solution built upon Microsoft Azure -System was developed to support B2B car fleet management for any park size (vehicles, contracts, accounts) and was integrated with external EU car database (prices and taxes) with localization for different markets/languages (Croatian, English,…). We were responsible for architecture, infrastructure, pipeline, and development of the project.

Sales cloud and service cloud analysis and implementation
Goal was to implement Salesforce CRM in mid-size company and define business transformation from media hardware reseller to software licence and solution service company.

Implementation of Coupon Management System solution used for keeping all coupon data and marketing processes related to coupon codes in one place.
System consists of strong API integration which allows coupon lifecycle management for all coupon offering channels (web shop, CRM, self-care, e-mail, etc).
We were responsible for complete implementation and delivery of the solution (turn-key principle).

TIGAR - Data Protection Solution
TIGAR is enterprise Data Protection and Data Governance (e.g. GDPR) solution including Consent Database and Data Governance modules. Solution is best suited for companies with need of a single point of truth (master) GDPR database with multiple channels for collecting consents (web, call centre, direct sales etc.).
The advantage of using TIGAR as your GDPR solution is that you’ll have one database where all your data protection business rules, consent database and subject info reside and from which these rules could be configured.
Consent Database - The module is used for configuring consents defined by regulators you wish to be collecting and storing consents for each subject (business or private). We needed development, upgrades and support for a crm system in a very demanding and complex architectural environment with many integration points and demanding business rules.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We knew the supplier Triple Innovations through recommendations from our industry and therefore decided to approach them. They were chosen as the best compared to the others, mainly due to skills and references from the industry.

We wanted to significantly upgrade the legacy crm system with new modules and functionalities. Triple Innovations designed the upgrades, established a new framework and the foundation for future functionalities.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The project was constantly supported by 4 people who were highly qualified engineers with many years of experience in SW development and maintenance, as well with specific telco industry experience. Occasional peaks were covered by additional people provided from by Triple Innovations.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We initially expected and we got a more stable and high-performance crm system. In addition, we obtained several important upgrades and add-ons, where IT was significantly relieved of operational work and end users were given the options to work independently without the involvement of IT.

During the duration of the project, we had excellent communication and resolved all matters on the fly. We used Remedy and Jira ticketing system, e-mail, video calls etc.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have very good technical knowledge, knowledge of the telco industry, very good insight into business requirements and expectations, excellent and fast analysis and preparation of a set of options to address challenges.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Sometimes the delivered SW was perhaps of a slightly lower quality, which can also be attributed to short implementation deadlines and late specification changes on our side. At the end it was all fixed in testing period.
