Everything went really smoothly. There were no delays nor problems that arose. They handled their part of the job extremely well. We got the AR application really quickly because they know what they’re doing. There were no communication issues. It’s a pleasure working with them. They’re our partners and we’re proud of it. We look forward to every new project. We collaborated on the ideas and there was a lot of communication involved. We wanted the product to be the best it could and we believe we achieved that by working together. We held several meetings, during which Jerko always took charge. We met mostly in our headquarters or in theirs. Our discussions didn’t focus too much on who was doing what. We also had Trello meetings between us, our clients, and them. It was a good collaboration and we can only speak the best of them. The deadlines were always spot on or delivered early. We could count on them to deliver. Communication was excellent. It’s a pleasure working with them.

I think they have a great sales team as well, and they didn’t just work from nine to five. If I had an issue or concern in the middle of the night, they would be there, even though I wasn’t expecting them to reply to me. They would talk to me, and we’d discuss the issues we were having. They seemed to be invested in what they were working on, and I think when you have people who are really invested, you get the best quality of work.
