The scope of work LAYER undertook for us was multifaceted and comprehensive. Firstly, they were tasked with designing and developing our Shopify webshop from the ground up. This involved creating a layout and aesthetic that matched our brand, integrating e-commerce functionality and implementing a user-friendly interface. 

In addition, they were also responsible for generating high-quality visuals, including product photography, video materials, and unique 3D models of all our skincare products. This content was not only used on our webshop, but also across our marketing channels, amplifying our brand reach and engagement. LAYER further implemented an automated system for invoicing and warehouse management, integrating these features seamlessly into our webshop. This not only streamlined our operations but also ensured a smoother, more efficient customer experience. 

Lastly, LAYER helped us in driving a complete digital transformation for L'adria. They analyzed our existing processes, identified areas for improvement, and delivered solutions that have placed us at the forefront of the skincare industry in terms of digital innovation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The results we are seeing, even at this stage, are promising. The new Shopify webshop is still in its test phase, yet the feedback from our team and select customers who have previewed it is overwhelmingly positive. We are gearing up for a full launch by the end of May and confident that this platform will significantly enhance our e-commerce growth. 
• Our automated invoicing and warehouse management system has already improved operational efficiency by minimizing manual processes and speeding up the time from order placement to product dispatch, elevating our customer service. Furthermore, the 3D models for our products have been well received in our testing phase, suggesting that our customers appreciate this immersive, interactive way to explore our products. 
• The early indications are that this project will significantly impact L'adria's growth and customer engagement. We are excited about the full launch and confident that the results will underscore LAYER's contributions to our digital transformation journey.

What truly sets LAYER apart is their ability to combine creativity with technical expertise. The 3D modeling of our skincare products was particularly outstanding. This innovative feature not only differentiated us in the market but also enhanced our customers' online shopping experience. Our experience with LAYER has been excellent. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something LAYER could have done differently?

While we have been overall very satisfied with our collaboration with LAYER, there were a few instances where the delivery schedule was tighter than expected. This was mainly due to the innovative nature of the work and the complexities that sometimes arise from pioneering solutions. 

However, the team at LAYER always communicated promptly and managed to keep the project on track. Moving forward, slightly more cushion in the project timelines might help alleviate any unforeseen delays. But overall, their performance exceeded our expectations and we highly value our partnership with LAYER. We look forward to a long-term partnership with them.

• Website Redesign: LAYER revamped our existing website, focusing on user experience, responsiveness, and contemporary design. The objective was to create a digital platform that is intuitive, informative, and provides easy access to our services.

• Sample Control has undergone a significant digital transformation that resulted in extraordinary growth. Implementing LAYER's LabControl system has led to a 40% improvement in operational efficiency and a reduction in data entry errors by 30%. The biggest achievement, however, is our remarkable business expansion - we've experienced a 300% growth and are now leaders in the regional laboratory testing sector.

Agreed first timeline didn't mean much cause we were adding features all the time. It would have been beneficial to have more layman-friendly explanations of the technical aspects of the project. Nonetheless, this did not detract from the overall success of the project, and we learned a lot throughout the process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Kamiks Eko achieved significant operational improvements and business growth. Our service delivery became highly efficient thanks to the planning and scheduling system. The ZoneQ mobile application, by providing real-time updates, enhanced our customers' experience leading to an increased satisfaction rate. 

The intuitive interface made the app extremely user-friendly, thereby increasing the engagement rates. We also saw an increase in new clients, and overall, our company has grown by 40% since the implementation of these digital solutions.
