I am the Marketing and Communications Manager of American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia

The American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia (AmCham Croatia) is an independent, non-profit and non-governmental business organization, a member of the network of the European Association of American Chambers of Commerce (AmChams in Europe) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, and its work is aimed at improving the business environment by promoting high business standards.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Project42 to accomplish?
In 2023 AmCham Croatia celebrated 25 years of operation by organizing Gala evening for more than 1000 distinguished members and guests from business community as well as Government representatives. For that occasion, Project42 made a hologram with our logo that was displayed at the beginning of the celebration at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall. With this we wanted to create an inspirational and astonishing moment at the very beginning of the Gala evening.

Project42 made a hologram of our logo (logo overlaying the number of years of operations (25) and transformed it into a hologram projected at the main stage). The hologram was displayed rotating against its axis at the beginning of the Gala celebration.

Great impressions and comments from persons who participated at the Gala event.

After initial communication via email, we met to see the venue where hologram was to be shown. We met several times to do tests and adjustments until we agreed on all necessary details. Everything was done according to agreed deadlines and communication with Project42 team was always professional and easy going. They did their best to accommodate the technical requirements given by the venue and made everything as smooth as possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Easy going attitude, willingness to adjust to technical requirements of the venue, readiness to improvise and come up with new solutions to solve ad hoc issues.

The project involved designing and developing a website and a respective CMS solution that would make it easy to write about psychology and psychiatry in a language understandable to a wide audience.

First impressions of our audience were outstanding and we gained a big reach in our targeted audience. The platform is cleanly designed and reader-friendly.

The scope was the development of a web based service to enable members of the Chamber to easily calculate the number of hours which are needed for an engineering service such as design or supervision. The deliverables included the software for calculation, web based user interface and generation of a report.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Milestones were the development of the calculation procedure, design of the web interface, design of the pdf report. After every phase, testing was carried out and if needed small adjustments were made.

The product was delivered on time. All questions and comments were answered in a short time and necessary changes were implemented quickly. It was easy to communicate our desires.

Their cooperativeness and willingness to do a great job was perhaps the best thing about our cooperation. It was as if they were developing their passion project and not a project for a client.
