Project description: I wanted to create a prototype to validate my business idea. For this prototype I needed :

a front application for end-users to personalize their family situation
access for intermediaries to manage the end-users
an admin-entrance that could setup everything from A to Z for the intermediaries and the possibility to implement all types of business rules.

In a second iteration we focused on integrating with 3th parties. Therefor we created an API-first approach where all the business rules were api-based.

Code of Us was tasked with reworking our registration and onboarding processes to achieve higher conversion rates, create an innovative whiteboard solution to increase gross profit margins by moving away from a third-party solution, and migrate our servers from AWS to Azure. Code of Us has executed flawlessly on all of the above, having even redesigned certain parts of both the front and back-end of the webapp. Our registration completion rates have gone from 40% up to 85%, and our gross profit margin bumped up from 59% to 71%.
