It’s great that he can speak in technical terms and in a detailed expert subject matter. However, when it comes to people who are not as up to speed as him, he needs to come down to the client’s level to make sure they understand what he’s trying to communicate.

From what I've heard and was afraid of from other business owners, IT project implementations can take months with several revisions and corrections to be made to the initial solution. But we didn't have any of that here, we didn't need any big corrections or changes in what they created for us, and my team could start using the systems right away with very minimal training. Even with continued use we only had to ask for a couple of small changes and they completed those very quickly.
