Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a R&D research and development director / an investment and development director. I also ran the IT project which supported the communication and processes between all departments at Liquid Systems. Liquid Systems is a telecommunications company. It deals with the construction of fiber optic networks and provides modern services in the field of Internet, television and mobile services.

Implementation of the CRM system and automation of business processes. Post-implementation support.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Looking for the right partner to implement a CRM system, we were advised to contact Atteli on the recommendation of a company, which has a similar business profile to us. Atteli has worked successfully on a similar but bigger project with them.

Atteli fully understood the complexity of our business activities and they implemented adequate solutions to automate it. At the stage of contract negotiations and implementation of Atteli solutions, our requirements were confronted and customized with the features of the proposed software.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The CRM implementation lasted 6 months followed by after sales support. The scope of the project:

• Analysis of the current environment of the company, analysis of documentation and directions of its circulation.
• Applying appropriate authorizations in the system according to the company's structure and roles.
• Configuration of the CRM system focused mainly on calendars, tasks, projects and their templates - enabling task management, delegation, assignment to users and monitoring of progress.
• Creation of business processes in line with our processes. Setting appropriate reminders.
• Administrative training, operational manuals to frontend users.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has been successfully adapted to our needs, it appeared to be a valuable asset to our company and it improves our daily activities.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Objectives were clearly defined by both sides and Atteli strove to achieve them. They conducted the project to match the system's technical capabilities to our needs in the best possible way. As a result, we have a comprehensively implemented solution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The entire implementation process was based on very good work organization, exemplary communication and a partnership approach. . There were no excuses for not fulfilling anything, but the focus was on alternatives and handing over the established stages of the project bit by bit. The information was easily communicated during consultations and workshops, and consequences were predicted and described, making the project phase transparent to all stakeholders.

I'm a corporate communications manager in the manufacturing industry. I also ran the IT project, which supported the communication and operations between front-end and back-end departments.

For what projects/services did your company hire Atteli?

Development of an IT tool that would enable departments effectively communicate with each other. The tool was supposed to automatize the way how the costs are requested from the marketing budget by the sales and marketing teams and how the Customer Support, Logistics and Finance departments process the requests.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Atteli has worked on a similar project with us and given that they knew the workflow and all project related details, we decided to keep cooperation with them. The deciding factor was the agency's desire to work on the project and their willingness to accommodate to our needs.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Project consisted of the tool development in Microsoft PowerApp (Azure). Previously the tool would sit in Odoo environment but due to our IT system migration to a new one, we had to make the environment change. Another part of the project entailed the improvements to the old system.

As there were some changes in the company structure, approval mechanics had to be adjusted. Atteli's part in this project encompassed consulting, three-way cooperation with the myself and our company's IT and our parent company's IT department, as well as execution, testing, deployment.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with the director responsible for the implementation, Olga. Atteli's director, Jacek was also involved in the project. It was crucial for them to understand our business needs so to translate them into the tool's functionality.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're rolling out the tool on Jan 2nd, 2023. Despite some challenges, tests went successfully and all problems were resolved this December.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a challenge to find a bridge between the business and IT languages. Atteli was supporting in understanding what's behind the workflow and how the code works. They adjusted the tool needs maximally to our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility and agility as well as openness to our feedback was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

IT department was requesting technical documentation that we'd have been nice to have from the beginning but in the end of the day, we've got it.
