Their advice has kept me out of legal trouble. I’m impressed with their flexibility — they make me feel I’m their only customer. I know they have many more customers, but if there's an issue or problem, they are available right away. Sit down with John, and tell him about your goals and the areas of support you need. Ask for his input about the best type of service that his team can provide to your company. John would never advise anybody for more services that he feels they don’t need; he will be straightforward with them.

I get emails back that say “Hey, we've got this; we'll get you an estimate.” They give me updates throughout the project to let me know where it is, and when I can expect the next round. It's actually very rare that I need to pick up the phone and talk to them, which I think is actually a testament to how well they communicate and how well they manage the workflow.
