Their advice has kept me out of legal trouble. I’m impressed with their flexibility — they make me feel I’m their only customer. I know they have many more customers, but if there's an issue or problem, they are available right away. Sit down with John, and tell him about your goals and the areas of support you need. Ask for his input about the best type of service that his team can provide to your company. John would never advise anybody for more services that he feels they don’t need; he will be straightforward with them.

During the summer, I requested a series of forecasting reports to help me project a different business model for how we fund our organization. While it took us some time to figure out what was needed, and we had to get an additional team member involved, they were patient, and respectful and really went out of their way to try to understand what it was I/we were looking and adjust their styles to compensate.
