Turner Business Solutions preformed a market evaluation of my business based on our current revenue and value of potential future business. When a buyer (Sports Tours International) approached me my first call was to Turner Business Solutions.  Jim and his terrific team represented me and my company at every single milestone. Prepared financial statements, participated in many Zoom calls, gave me strong suggestions to consider. There is absolutely no way the sale would have occurred if I hadn't been counseled by and represented by Turner Business Solutions.

Our goal of closing by April 2, 2024 was a very aggressive time line. We met this goal. Turner Businsss Solutions fully understood my specific market niche and financial potential and they were supreme negotiators on my behalf. Because of Turner Business Solutiions I was able to get an incredible deal with more money up front and a overall selling price that exceeded my expectations. They were on my team and continually worked to strike the best deal for me!

I had "interviewed" Jim about a year before I had a specific buyer. He was fully prepared and knowledgeable about my industry. 
I quickly determined that he was highly skilled in business valuation and a man of high ethics and standards. 

When a buyer came calling I knew just who to turn to for help and support. 

Their project management skills were terrific. Since this was my first time selling a business I really did not know what to expect. Communication was great every step of the way. They got to know my employees and I was confident in giving them access to my financial data.
