Our software engineering and marketing teams have grown rapidly since last year in a market with high demand, and Key People helped us fill some of the open roles with great candidates.

Out of all the recruiting companies we worked with, Key People placed the most people within our company, at very competitive rates.

We communicated our needs during introduction calls, reviewed sendout documents prepared by them and had regular check-ins until a position was closed. Mainly using Lever, Google Sheets - always in a timely manner.

They're very adaptive and receptive to feedback, with a clear interest in conveying what we do to the candidates and helping us refine our own positioning within the market.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Initially, we had different opinions on English levels, but that was sorted to our satisfaction very quickly.

Representatives were supporting us during the whole process of hiring, starting from creating a profile of the candidate we need and finishing with making sure the candidate started in the company and how he/she feels during the onboarding process.
