I’m the CFO of Suncoast Skin Solutions. We provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services, specializing in skin cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, including Mohs surgery. We also offer aesthetic procedures and routine skincare product offerings.

We needed help setting up routine KPI reporting, interim accounting support, and ad hoc financial consulting.

Someone referred Acclarity to us. We chose them over other options because they presented better solutions to assist me with my needs.

We started working with Acclarity in May 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Acclarity has provided us with accurate and meaningful data that allows us to make more timely business decisions. For example, we’ve been able to guide decisions on personnel needs, marketing spend, and overall better alignment of resources. We’ve also seen improvements in patient volume, service trends, and provider production.

How did Acclarity perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicate with Acclarity via email and Microsoft Teams meetings.

Compilation of database from over 10 different sources, timely issuance of KPI dashboard to support management decisions

The team was highly responsive with multiple touch points per week via video calls.  The project was completed on time despite multiple changes in scope along the way.
