Please describe your company and your position.

As the founder of theBrokerList I meet thousands of people in commercial real estate every year, both virtually and in real life.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what purpose did your company hire DealPoint Merrill?

We actually partnered on several endeavors to promote the commercial real estate industry and our key point of contact has been Danielle. We first met the team from DealPoint Merrill at the annual SVN conference in Florida in 2015 so we have been working together on and off for 6 years now.

What were your goals for this engagement?

We all shared a booth at the ICSC conference in 2019 and it was a tremendous success. Danielle was responsive and beyond helpful in all of our events and communication to organize the events and showcase the booth, which was being by David.

How did you select DealPoint Merrill?

Since knowing DealPoint Merrill for many years I know it would be a good fit since David was looking for a partner.

Since knowing the team at DealPoint Merrill, we introduced them to David and they struck a deal to work together on the ICSC conference. It turned out to be a great team and everybody worked together to make it a great show.

It was a partnership for a trade show. It was not a lease.

The leadership of DealPoint Merrill and the communications director, Danielle were our points of contact.
