Whilst collaborating with Dennis and Katrina, we've worked on multiple projects, with different scopes and within varying domains, however they all shared the same key deliverables; Low level UX and user analysis - including market/competitor analysis, functional prototyping in Figma for both mobile and web, UI style guides and providing all required assets (inc. fonts etc.) required for later development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The expected timelines for the design collaboration was always met or brought in early
• Working directly with a team that understands actual software development led to reduced implementation estimates
• The functional prototyping directly helped secure a tender, as it was very tangible
• Available budget/cost was always agreed in advance and even on a 'short notice contract', was very competitive in terms of price

Their data based approach matched strongly with our own DNA. All UX decisions were backed with logical reasoning, based on both quantitive and qualitative data, which was complemented by the suburb creativity and boldness shown in their UI designs. Nice.

Nothing that springs to mind.

Revitalise brand identity to authentically reflect our evolving vision, values, and target audience, while strategically differentiating ourselves from competitors and capturing the attention of our target market. Define a robust product roadmap and elevate the existing platform to facilitate a seamless transition from B2C to B2B. 

Integrate data analytics for better insights and monitor data to help us improve Ailuna’s engagement and retention. Enhance engagement and retention through gamification and UX improvements in the main user journey. Develop impactful marketing designs to effectively communicate brand messaging and engage target audiences.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Following the implementation of design changes, the data analysis showed a remarkable year-over-year growth across essential key performance indicators (KPIs), as follows:

• 43% increase in completed Ailuna behavioural change actions
• 22% increase in daily active users who started an action
• 26% increase in conversion rates in our action flows

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We have had a great experience with Reedify throughout. All project phases have been comprehensively documented and tracked using best of breed tools such as Atlassian, Jira, Figma, Slack and others. Items have been delivered on time and they have been extremely responsive and forthcoming in responding to our needs. Furthermore, they were able to guide us in the right direction when we were stuck.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Many things, of which the key ones have been quality, attention to detail, speed, ability to change direction quickly when needed, creative and eye catching designs. And yes, value for money. They are super nice & friendly people too - and have become good friends of ours during the process!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reedify Product Design Agency could have done differently?

No, I don't think so. They have impressed us throughout. We look forward to meeting them in person and wish we had done so a long time ago. But that's not a reflection on them but on us (Ailuna is a startup where we watch costs and try to travel as little as possible - in the spirit of true sustainability)
