They had to demonstrate in many cases not only functional skills but also project management qualifications.

The key requirements were related to experience of several years in support of complex and distributed enterprise IT solutions including very good ITIL know-how, basic knowledge in software development and database technologies (scripting, SQL)

We selected several candidates for the first interviews. Then, the selected candidates were invited for the second interview during which we covered more technical related areas. Three candidates were presented the offers.

After we get the profile of candidate from Seargin and hiring manager accepts it we schedule next steps of the recruitment process. Account Manager/Recruiters from Seargin contact the candidate through the entire process and we only take over contacting candidate after they accepts our offer. This helps us to limit the number of people who contact the candidate during the process so not to confuse candidates about who they should contact with when they have ay questions.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Over time with Seargin help we managed to hire specialists for many positions - for example Service Desk positions with specific languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) which are very challenging for as there are limited numbers of candidates on the market.

Their workflow is effective, I appreciate regular meetings, updates and reports.
