I’m the CEO of B.G. Motors Ltd., a vehicle importing and marketing company that’s part of a much bigger group of one of the largest transportation groups in Israel — we’re a fast-growing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xinergy Global Ltd?

We needed help with market research in the Chinese market. We were looking for new manufacturers of passenger cars, and medium-size and heavy-duty trucks.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did the market research and supplied us with a list of connections to organizations that we can potentially work with. During the research, we understood there was going to be an exhibition in the Chinese market.

One week after, we realized that Xinergy Global Ltd operated their team in the Chinese market, so a rep then went to get leads at the exhibition for potential manufacturers — they did both the research and got the leads.

There are at least five people including the project manager and the CEO/Founder.

I found them through a personal contact.

We’ve spent about $6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and our partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did very good market research for us. Most of the exhibitors were already involved with other companies, but now, we’re in contact with one of the biggest manufacturers of heavy-duty trucks in China — which Xinergy Global gave to us as a lead. They’re still helping us move forward, and get more leads.

How did Xinergy Global Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate by email, phone calls, conference calls, and Zoom meetings — we even do text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed by how much they know the Chinese market. They know how to speak with them and schedule meetings, which is what I needed, as I wouldn’t be able to do that by myself.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re a young company. Sometimes they don’t have all the skills of a large company that offers many services, but for now, they’re doing very well — in time, they’ll have to grow.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should give them the right directions because they learn and understand the market quickly. They didn’t know anything about the automotive market before, but giving them the right direction was very critical for what they know now.

I’m the R&D process engineer of PolyGreen Group. We’re a startup company that produces a biodegradable, super-absorbent polymer. Currently, we’re trying to build a small factory.

Our challenge was that we needed to buy some equipment from China. I needed Xinergy Global to provide translation services as well as consult me on my strategic approach and negotiation efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The company I was buying equipment from didn’t speak English. Xinergy Global helped us with business development. Historically, the factory I was engaging with didn't sell to Europe or Israel, I was the first customer in that regard. Xinergy Global helped me create a connection and approach the engagement with a strategy.

I found them on LinkedIn. I met with Niv, and he was great. We had a great connection.

Our ongoing engagement started in January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Without them, I wouldn’t have been able to buy the equipment we needed. They helped us have a smooth transaction while getting the materials from China. We had a great experience and plan to continue working with them.

We communicated over Zoom on a weekly basis.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They gave great customer service. What’s more, their translation skills were excellent. It was a seamless process to talk to Niv in my own language, and then he translated it perfectly into Chinse. Not everyone can bring people together. Their ability to create a great connection from both parties was exceptional.

No, nothing comes to mind.

Talk to them, I recommend them wholeheartedly.
